slap of realization
So one day after I finished work my dad picked me up. As we were driving home I was telling him about my work and how my feet hurt after my 9 and a half hour shift. Guess what he said to me? You better get use to it because you’re going to be working 8 hours a day for the next 30 years until you’re retired. Thanks dad. Great pep talk.
